"Of Heroic Deeds and Humanity:
A Journey Through Colors and Biographies"
In my art, I live by the belief that every person has a story and an inner strength waiting to be discovered. Every piece I create not only tells of famous personalities who have found their way through dark valleys and glorious heights but also reflects the relentless urge to explore life itself in all its colors. For me, colors are the energy that makes emotions tangible and intense. They break the boundaries of what can be "seen" and invite us to believe in the power within us, in what makes us come alive. My works invite the viewer to find their own vitality in the explosions of colors and shapes that run through the canvas.
In my artistic expression, the values of individuality and social responsibility come first. For me, art is more than self-fulfillment; it is an invitation to feel, connect, and work together to create a better world. Whether in music, painting, or my social projects – I see art as the bridge that brings people together and helps them overcome their differences. The biographies of the personalities I portray reflect their challenges and victories. They teach us that every moment is an opportunity to grow beyond ourselves. With each work, I want to reach people and remind them that within them lives a voice that wants to be heard – a voice that stands for freedom and goodness.
My dream is a world where art is more than decoration. It should bring life to the streets, break down walls, and create spaces of hope and joy. Everyone should experience art and find their own story within it. In the colors of my paintings lies the essence of what connects us and makes us human – the ability to never give up, to dream creatively, and to change the world with courage and heart.

"I dream of a world where art is created not only for museums but for everyone, bringing life and hope to walls and streets. In this utopia, we eliminate the boundaries between the rich and the poor through colors and shapes, and together we shape a future full of equality and expression."
About Felix
From School-Portraits to the Mirror of our Society

Felix Martin, born and raised in Schwerte in 2001, discovered his passion for art at a young age. A seemingly simple moment in art class—the challenge of drawing a portrait—turned out to be a pivotal point in his life. Initially overwhelmed by the task, the encouragement of his art teacher ignited a enthusiasm within him, leading 14-year-old Felix on an intense, creative journey. Through self-initiative and hours of practice, he soon developed a technique and style that allow viewers to experience not just faces, but entire stories and personalities. The lively expressions in his portraits quickly became his trademark, earning him recognition across Germany.
His works are visual biographies, in which the character and depth of the portrayed unfold in vibrant colors and dynamic layers. Felix, who not only sees colors but also "feels" them through his synesthesia, uses acrylic gloss, spray cans, chalk, and wax crayons to capture emotions and nuances that reflect a person's essence. His creative experiments reach their peak in live performances, where the audience witnesses the creation of his works up close—a fascinating process that makes the moment of encounter between color and form palpable in its pure intensity.

"My images aim to create spaces where individuality and social responsibility come together, in order to open a new perspective on the value of togetherness. I hope that through my work, I can encourage people to stand up for themselves and others, and to draw strength from difficult times."
At 17 years old, Felix showcased his work in his first exhibition, and since then, his career has gained momentum. His portraits are now displayed in galleries in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. He has collaborated with international companies, painted for charity events for a good cause, and had the opportunity to meet well-known personalities he has portrayed, including musicians and artists he admires greatly.
Felix is ambitiously pursuing his dream of becoming an internationally recognized artist, while also exploring the boundaries between art, fashion, and social engagement.

Interview with Felix Martin
"I look up to so many people, so when I draw them, every artwork is a tribute by a huge fan. And as a fan, the artwork with all its colours, brushstrokes, quotes, composition and size is determined to fit right on the pictured person. As I drew them, I noticed people build connections to my paintings [...]"
